Close your eyes and visualize the Phasma. For a moment, you have become the first Human, Adam Kadmon, and you are taking your first breath - a breath that pulls wellsprings of knowledge from deep within the earth. Take a deep breath.
Begin filling a glass with water. Vibrate* the name, "Temenos" with this First Breath. Direct your vibration into the water of the glass while you are still pouring it. When it is full, stop vibrating the name.
Drink half of the glass of water. As you take in the water, holiness flows down along the central axis of your body. You are now one with the axle around which the world turns - a point half way between that which is Above and that which is Below. Say aloud in a thunderous voice, "The Teli in the Universe is like unto a king upon his throne."
Dip three fingers in the water and kiss them. Then flick whatever water remains outward. This consecrates the works of your hands, the words of your mouth, and the world around you.
Spend a few minutes meditating on the people in your life. Bring to mind any problems you are having, or that others have with you. *{Give them a temporary space on your Sumbolaion Diagram.} Focus your thoughts on solutions and actions that you can take to improve each situation. {Aloud, make the promise to work toward resolution, laying out your planned course of action and the individual steps you will take.} Repeat this for each relationship or group dynamic that you wish to alter, and then for any other problems you face, until your mind is at rest.
When you feel at peace, whisper the name, "Suneleusis" and visualize connecting to all the people that crossed your mind.
Once you have finished, say, "I am a descendant of Adam Kadmon. Infuse me with your primordial wisdom."
Finally, drink the rest of the glass of water.
*Vibrating a word means to say it in a tone that causes your voice to resonate loudly. The pitch at which each individual's voice does this will vary. There should also be a sense that your voice is echoing to the ends of the universe while doing this.

Vibrate* the word Temenos with this First Breath. As you vibrate the word, draw the Phasma in the air.
Breathe in, while pointing to your heart with your right hand {or incense stick/bundle of herbs}. Breathe the Phasma in, until it settles deep within your heart. Continue pointing to your heart.
Vibrate the word Axon. The wisdom of the earth flows up along the central axis of your body. You are now one with the axle around which the world turns - a point half way between that which is Above and that which is Below.
Say aloud in a thunderous voice, "The Teli in the Universe is like unto a king upon his throne."
{Light the incense/bundle of herbs before your deep breath if you are using them.}Take a deep breath, and vibrate the word Temenos as your raise your right hand and point outward.
The pure holiness of Temenos is now within your heart, allow it flow from your heart into your hand.
Vibrate Temenos and step forward sharply with your right leg. Now trace a circle with your right hand. Your right hand is the Phasma that radiates holiness like fire into your circle creating sacred space within.
Within your circle spend a few minutes meditating on the people in your life. Bring to mind any problems you are having, or that others have with you. {Give them a temporary space on your Sumbolaion Diagram.} Focus your thoughts on solutions and actions that you can take to improve each situation.
In the air, draw the symbol representing the person with which you are having problems. Connect yourself to it with a line of light extending from your finger {or incense stick/herb bundle}. The connection will become stronger in response to your focus and attention, much as it might if you were focusing on or speaking to the person in question.
Vibrate Temenos into their symbol.
Aloud, make the promise to work toward resolution, laying out your planned course of action and the individual steps you will take.
Repeat this for each relationship or group dynamic that you wish to alter, and then for any other problems you face, until your mind is at rest.
Vibrate the word Suneleusis, infusing all of the lines you worked with today with integrity and respect.
When all work within your circle is complete, absorb the Phasma symbol. Allow it to fade, coming back to you, up your outstretched arm and settling in your heart.
Take a deep breath, then exclaim, “I walk the path laid before me by following my heart. My footsteps echo with courage and truth, blazing a trail of healing which others can follow.”
Vibrate Temenos once more while pointing to your heart. As the holiness fills you, allow it to flow through you, to envelope you.
Say, “I am a child of Adam Kadmon. Permit your wisdom to infuse my decisions.”
Take a deep breath and relax.
