Begin by staring at this picture of the Phasma until the image is burned into your vision. This meditation works best while standing. Close your eyes and hold the picture steady.
First, consider that there are 3 primary pillars in the symbol. These represent the principles of Thesis, Antithesis, and the central pillar Synthesis. Notice how Thesis and Antithesis are transcended by Synthesis. The pillars also correspond to the 3 alchemical agents: Salt, Mercury, and Sulphur.
Second, there are 4 horizontal planes on the symbol, representing the elements of our existence: Spiritual, Intellectual, Emotional, Physical. They also correspond to the four elements. There are also four (right) angles that connect the two outer pillars to the two hands of action. The two inner right angles represent right thinking and right speech, which together lead to right action.
There are two arms relying on the two lowest elements (Air & Earth), and these represent the resolution of duality (Good/Evil, True/False, etc...) through action that is congruent with one side of the duality or the other.
There are also ten end points to the five lines that are part of the symbol. These represent the 5 dimensions: The trinity of spatial dimension, the singular dimension of time, and a single dimension called spirit. Each dimension must necessarily have 2 end points that stretch outward into infinity, thus defining an axis. These 10 points also correspond to the 10 Partzufim/Principles of the Kadmon.
Let these thoughts pass through you, and then let only the Phasma, the symbol itself, remain. Take it into yourself, into the core of your being. Feel it awaken the spark of Unity within you, and allow that spark to burn and blaze, changing from a spark into a flame. Now, push the symbol into the flame, and let it become a part of the flame. Feel the two outer pillars manifest, beginning with your feet, then rising up to your shoulders, then across your shoulders and down your arms. Then feel the white hot spike of power that is the pillar of Spirit, moving from the depths of the Earth, upward into the highest Heaven. Allow this power to radiate into you, then slowly release it outwards. Allow it to penetrate the walls of your house, the people that live with you, your neighbors, and the surrounding buildings, until you feel the energy has completely dissipated.
Finish the meditation by coming back to normal consciousness. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Shake your head and look around at familiar objects. Take a deep breath and become reacquainted with your surroundings. Remember that even though the meditation has finished, the Phasma is still within you, and through it the power of Kadmon can be summoned at any time.
